This course aims to provide an understanding of the principles, organisations and processes involved in regulating water and wastewater service provision within the United Kingdom.

-economic regulation – OFWAT

On successful completion of this course the delegate will have:

-An understanding of the regulatory bodies and regulations which govern how water and wastewater services operate within the UK
-An understanding of the economics of water as a foundation of regulation
-An understanding of risk as a foundation of regulation.
