Sir Brian Hoskins, Director of the Grantham Institute for Climate Change, will present the first Grantham Institute for Climate Change Annual Lecture: ‘Reflections on climate change and what we can do about it’
A summary will be given of the latest scientific perspectives on climate change due to human activity, both in terms of the past and the future. The likely impacts and the implications both for adaptation to the changes that may occur and their mitigation will be discussed, highlighting the critical role that research can play.
