Joint lecture with the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and the Royal Geographical Society with IBG

This lecture will explores future use of Rapid Diagnosis Tests for surveying and controling major parasitic diseases in sub-Saharan Africa, discussing whether these tools will ever replace microscopic methods of diagnosis.

Speakers include: Prof David Molyneux LSTM, Dr Russell Stothard, NHM and Dr Chris Drakeley, LSHTM covering the following diseases lymphatic filariasis, schistosomiasis and malaria.
