Description
R&D frequently requires collaboration between a number of organisations who may well be geographically separated. Both formal and informal networks provide important frameworks for the exchange of knowledge and the identification of partners for collaboration in the innovation process. The UK is seen to have a global strength in the creation of networks – how can this be best used to the UK’s advantage?
This event will look at the importance of networks in R&D collaboration and innovation. Representatives of several different types of networks for R&D will discuss their experiences, with at least one-third of the event for audience discussion. The evening will then be concluded with a drinks reception to allow informal networking.
