Vitiligo affects around 1% of the population and we probably all know or have seen someone with this condition. The development of white patches on the skin can have a profound physical and psychological impact, leading to depression and stigma.
In collaboration with the Vitiligo Society, Mr Anthony Bewley, consultant dermatologist from Whipps Cross Hospital will talk about the psychological effects of vitiligo and other dermatological conditions on patients.
