The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Academic Pharmacy Group and Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain present a comprehensive annual programme of science events led by panels of leading international experts

The symposium aims to take a broad view of new developments in pharmacy education, with an opportunity to debate the educational and developmental implications arising from the White Paper and national discussions on the future direction of the profession. The topics will range from the impact of HEFCE policy to educational involvement in pharmacy career development. Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with and debate contentious issues, such as undergraduate student registration with a regulator or the real impact of “e-learning”. The symposium will conclude with a “Question Time” style panel debate, with an opportunity for delegates to openly question a panel of national leaders drawn from the profession. Above all, the symposium will be informative, provocative, stimulating and
enjoyable.
