Description
A one day course in which the normal and diseased aortic root will be examined.
The focus of the course will be on modern imaging techniques for the aortic root and how anatomical and pathological detail translates into echocardiographic, CT and MRI images. In addition, the role of these techniques in the operating theatre, the catheter laboratory, and intensive care, is discussed.
