Description
Given a symplectic manifold with contact type boundary, one can define its symplectic homology and the linearized contact homology of its boundary. The aim of this talk is to formulate a Gysin-type exact sequence relating these invariants and describe one of the maps therein in terms of rational holomorphic curves in the symplectization of the contact manifold. This is joint work with Alexandru Oancea.
