It is said that ancient Egyptians considered the mouth of a perfectly contented man to be filled with beer. Mild, golden, bitter or pale, what sets apart the ideal ale? Join us to explore the 12,000 year history of brewing, find out what puts the fizz in fermentation and sample a special brew.
