Description

Most mothers would do anything to give their children the best start in life, but one amphibian mother is really dedicated: she lets her babies peel and eat her own skin. Museum scientists discovered this remarkable form of parental care was discovered last year in caecilians – worm-like legless amphibians – that live underground in the tropics. Join us to dig deep and worm out all you need to know about these fascinating creatures.
