Broadening Horizons is a two day course (19-20th July) which covers all aspects of career development/skills.

The Course covers:
> ‘What is a Career?’ & ‘What Helps, or Hinders Career Development?’
> Career Review and Planning – Comparing participants? past career experiences to a variety of models.
> Career Choices – Personal Preferences, Skills, Motivations, Values, dealing with success and failure and Decision Making
> Career Action – Career Planning, Applying for Jobs (including reviews of CVs, Academia and Commercial) and Action Plans
