Description

MasterClass: Valuing Life Science Technology
Partnered with the London Biotechnology Network

If you are involved in starting new life science companies, or licensing technology, you will be interested in Captum’s MasterClass: Valuing Life Science Technology. We are continuing our regional roll-out of this highly acclaimed Valuation MasterClass in London in July. This MasterClass has previously been attended by over 250 senior executives in life science companies in Cambridge, Dublin, Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Manchester, Nottingham and Oxford.

The MasterClass offers a non-mathematical overview of the principal methods of valuing technology: Expected Net Present Value, Monte Carlo simulation and Real Options. Working in groups you will have an opportunity to try your hand at valuing a simulated case, then watch a video as a VC and corporate finance advisor negotiate the value. No previous knowledge of valuation is assumed, but the MasterClass is also is helpful to those with more experience.
