A series of practically focused case studies from key 18 Weeks Delivery Programme pilot sites will then examine the steps practitioners are taking towards meeting the targets including effective data collection, measurement and monitoring of referral to treatment times, identifying hidden waits and system blockages, redesigning patient pathways and breaking down barriers between primary and secondary care.
