Description
Constructed Circuits
Led by no.w.here lab
Following an introduction by tutors to the use of synthesisers, digital electronics and computer sampling in the arts, participants build their own sound-generating circuits in this practice-led workshop. This apparatus, along with short recordings brought by participants, is used in the second session to create entirely new sonic material. No prior experience of electronics is required. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as artists interested in making their own sound for installations, soundtracks or sound performances.
