You are invited to participate in a national multidisciplinary seminar on ‘Governing risky individuals: Disordered personalities in a neurobiological era’. This is the fifth meeting in an ESRC funded seminar series on Neuroscience, Identity and Society, jointly organised between the Institute for Science and Society (ISS, formerly IGBiS, University of Nottingham) and the BIOS Centre for the Study of Bioscience, Biomedicine, Biotechnology and Society (BIOS, LSE). It aims to bring together social scientists, psychologists, cognitive neuroscientists, philosophers, psychiatrists, anthropologists, and scholars from a range of other disciplines to discuss the implications of recent work in the neurosciences for the management of personality disorders associated with antisocial and criminal behaviour. Further details of the seminar will be available soon.

Time: 11.00 – 17.00, followed by a reception
Venue: CARR Seminar Room, London School of Economics.
