Description
This one day cardiology course for secondary care physicians will help you stay up to date with the latest research and developments in this important area of medicine. Expert speakers will lay out the evidence, and using case examples, will show you how to put the evidence into practice. Now in its fifth year, this masterclass will give you the confidence to correctly diagnose, investigate and manage a wide spectrum of common problems in cardiology.
NEW for 2010, during the day you will have the chance to interact with your colleagues and expert speakers with our handheld ‘audience response’ keypads. Participate in quizzes and polls, and compare your views and experiences with those of your colleagues. A new, enjoyable way to reinforce your learning.
This BMJ Masterclass is chaired by Professor Roger Hall, Professor of Clinical Cardiology, University of East Anglia, Norwich and Former Editor, Heart and Dr Iqbal Malik, Consultant Cardiologist, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London and National Clinical Lead for Web-Based Systems for the Heart Improvement Programme.
