Changes in the availability of fresh water because of anthropogenic climate change will have a large impact on society particularly in semi-arid regions. This meeting will consider the past, the present and the future, with a particular focus on the Middle East.
It will involve a wide range of disciplines and be held jointly with the British Academy.
