Subjects covered include: understanding the dental marketing place, key financial considerations, the importance of customer service, building relationships and increasing the uptake of treatment plans, important lessons learned from a recently converted practice.

The seminar costs: £225 for BDA members, £165 for Dental Care Professionals and non-dentists or £275 for non-members. The fee includes refreshments, a buffet lunch and all course documentation. Accreditation: The seminar meets the educational criteria set by the GDC for verifiable CPD (5½ hours) and is certified by the British Dental Association.
