Potatoes were brought to Britain more than 400 years ago and we now eat a whopping 110 kilogrammes each, every year. Golden wonder, King Edward or sante? baked, mashed or chipped? Join us to celebrate the International Year of the Potato, explore the natural history of the king of crops and take part in a crisp tasting test where we find your favourite potato flavour.
