Issues of British human rights and European law affecting, for example, the rights of a prisoner to artificial insemination, and the rights to treatment of a single persons and same sex couples. What attention should be paid to traditional family forms in considering the welfare of babies who may be born as a result of treatment? What right does the law have to stop anyone having a baby with the help of technology? Do children need a father and a mother?
