DESCRIPTION:My response was to acknowledge this\, saying that such disadvan
tages could only happen under the current regime in which people have accep
ted that a line exists between Home and Work\, when it is my contention tha
t not only is there is no necessity for such a line to exist\; but that the
realization of its inexistence might have benefits for all.
\n* However\,
Dr Rohn’s comment raised another point in my mind\, one that has been much
discussed in these fora\, which is that there is a direct connection betwee
n the artificial distinction between Work and Home\, and the seemingly intr
actable problem of discrimination against women in the workplace.
\n* So I
should like to confront this head on\, by offering what I shall call the Co
njecture of the Unicycling Girrafe\, which is as follows:
\n* That discrimi
nation against women in the workplace will be massively decreased if\, and
only if\, the normative notion that work should take place in a location se
parate from home\, is questioned\, and\, having found been found wanting\,
 abolished.
\n
\nNext list:
\n* line
\n
\n* line
