Description
Mary is a freelance writer and curator specialising in textiles and wallpaper, as well as a senior research fellow at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London. Among her many books are ‘World Textiles: A concise history’ and, most recently, ‘Silk’. Currently she is preparing a monograph on the textile artist Rozanne Hawksley.
Over 45 minutes Mary will lead you through the ‘From Atoms to Patterns’ exhibition, exploring the significance of certain objects and artworks in detail.
