Description
Sila in Inuktitut means atmosphere, the outside, temperature, the spiritual power that is related to weather and the world. Sila is a dance film shot in Svalbard during a Cape Farewell expedition. Dancer and choreographer Subathra Subramaniam responds to the experience of the Arctic landscape by exploring the living physical and spiritual unity of being.
