Description

Coral reefs occupy less than one per cent of the Earth’s crust, but they support an immense diversity of fishes and other animals. While diving on many of the world’s finest reefs in the last 25 years, Linda Pitkin, biologist, author and award-winning underwater photographer, has witnessed an amazing range of animals, from tiny shrimps to huge whale sharks. Join us as she shares her experiences and stunning images and reveals some of the unexpected ways in which animals compete, co-operate and battle for survival in the crowded community of a coral reef.
