Are you looking for the latest findings on diabetes or for historical research on radiology? Take a closer look at PubMed, one of the leading databases for locating research articles in the fields of health, medicine and dentistry. It contains over 15 million references back to the 1950s and is freely available to anyone with access to the internet. It is linked to PubMed Central, a free archive of life sciences journals.

Find out more about using the Library’s online catalogues, databases, and full text digital resources – come along to a free workshop. Our team of library and archive professionals is offering a series of short practical sessions to help you to discover and exploit library resources.

All sessions will be held in the Library’s e-Learning Room at 14.00, apart from Hunt the Ancestor, which is held in the Viewing Room. They will last approximately one hour. Places are limited and pre-booking is essential.
