I will give an introduction to holomorphic curves in algebraic geometry, their uses, and how to “count them” on September 21st at 3pm.
It will be very useful for testing out the AG equipment in advance of the PG lectures in October (Richard will be in 6M42, and Oxford, Warwick, Bath and Bristol will be attending the lecture remotely).
I hope this will also be useful for lecturers who’ll be using Access Grid this academic year, as a means of familiarisation with the environment.
