Description
Starting within the fresh herb garden of St George the Martyr Church, the tour then takes in two further herb gardens at Octavia Hill and Mint Street, with information on traditional medicinal remedies. Ending at the Old Operating Theatre, free admission to the museum, with its 18th century Herb Garret, is included in the price of the tour!
Starts at 2pm at St George’s Garden, West Side of St George’s Church, Borough High St, Southwark SE1, Nearest Tube – Borough.
