A joint meeting with the Geriatrics & Gerontology Section
Despite there being a National Service Framework for Older People, across the country the implementation of health and social care policies are creating barriers, challenges and access restrictions for older people. In a two part panel discussion chaired by Baroness Greengross, Chief Executive of the International Longevity Centre UK, speakers including Prof. Carol Black, Prof. Ian Gilmore, will discuss and debate the future of the older in the UK.
