Following keynote introductions from Finlay Scott, Chief Executive of the General Medical Council and Dame Carol Black, Chairman of the Academy of Medical Colleges on implementing the White Paper, the conference provides practical advice on developing the summative aspects of appraisal and delivering multi-source 360 degree feedback.
The conference also provides guidance on what to do when performance issues arise as a result of the appraisal process and how to improve the information on which appraisal is based.
