Description
Pharmacogenomics – what does it mean?
Pharmacogenomics promises a new era of “personalised medicine” in which medical conditions can be treated by examining a patient’s genotype and selecting the most appropriate therapy.
Through conversations within the industry we realise that keeping up with the latest terminology, not to mention current practices, can be extremely frustrating, so we have designed – An Introduction to Pharmacogenomics a 2-day training course especially to meet this need.
Our experienced trainers have assimilated the most relevant and applicable data to enable you to absorb information quickly and in an interactive environment. Rather than just reading though pages and pages of complicated text, you will actually be applying the most appropriate aspects of pharmacogenomics to case studies and exercises. Delegates are also encouraged to share experiences with others in the group during open forum discussions.
Increase your understanding of personalised medicines and their future impact on your role
