The Department of Psychology in the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College, London has for many years been at the forefront of research and the application of this research to mental health problems. The presentations in this research day demonstrate how the department remains at the cutting edge of psychological science as applied to mental health. The topics illustrate both the diversity of work being carried out and a surprising degree of convergence between seemingly separate fields.
