Rainmap and the Royal Statistical Society wish to announce a joint meeting on “Handling uncertainty in the measurement of rainfall”, to be held at the Royal Statistical Society on Thursday 26th April 2007. It is expected that this meeting will also be of interest to those attending the joint Royal Statistical Society and Royal Meteorological Society meeting on Data Assimilation held on the 25th.

Participation in the meeting and lunch are free, and Rainmap members will be reimbursed standard travelling expenses (limited to a maximum of the standard 2nd class return train/tube fare).
