Description
From dinosaurs and deep-sea fish to evolution and climate change, this topical programme of events brings together scientists and visitors to explore, discover and discuss the natural world and our place within it. Lunchtime sessions take place at 12.30 every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and additionally at 12.30 on Friday in term times. Afternoon sessions take place at 14.30 every Saturday. Life was tough for our early ancestors. Armed with only stone tools, they had to hunt and forage for their food in a wild and hostile environment, which could even mean taking on a massive woolly mammoth. Join us to discover the clues that scientists use to find out about their way of life, and find out what life was like before you could go to the supermarket.
