Saturday’s science blogging conference has already been covered from more angles than a Sky Sports replay, so there’s very little left for me to say at this point. Once again, I’d like to vacuum-pack a dense soup of thank-yous to everyone who attended, supported, facilitated and communicated the day’s events. I’ll update you all soon with more on the Grand Challenge from the closing panel.
But before we all scatter to the four, capricious winds of the blogosphere, there’s a final little gathering taking place for anyone still in town. You’ll find a small group of familiar faces in the selfsame King’s Head of Saturday fame from 7.30 tonight. Please come and join us for one last huzzah if you’re in the area.
No way. I’m still processing the whole bottle of wine we (each) drank on Saturday night.
Oh all, right, but just one. I have just been given the keys to my new server and can’t wait to play (oh, and get my blog running again, of course).
Oh, crapola, I didn’t read this at work in time…
Just the five of us in the end (Mike Dunford, Grrl Scientist, Bob O’Hara, me and Joe. But fun. The upstairs of the King’s Head is very nice. Mike ate all the pies – Bob, where’s that photo?
Oh, shame, that would have been fun. No Professor Steve Steve this time?
He’s sneaked off incognito to darkest Norfolk, last I heard.
