NESTA have announced their Crucible programme for 2008.

Crucible brings together early-career researchers from all disciplines for a generous dose of networking and career development.

Ever wondered what a space scientist and a biologist might have in common or how an artist could help a particle physicist? Crucible 2008 is your chance to stop wondering and discover what great minds can do when they spend three weekends together.

For 2008, residential weekends will be held in April, July and September.

If you’re interested, make sure you apply before January 31.
