    Musings on London science.

    • Nature Network London gets the beers in

Would you be interested in meeting other Nature Networkers in the ‘real world’? Perhaps over a pint or two?

We’re hoping to run regular events that bring together Londoners from all kinds of scientific backgrounds.

Last night we held a small gethering in the Lamb (Lamb’s Conduit Street) for all the people who have helped us set up the network. Thanks to everyone who came along. We’d love to hear any feedback you might have, and ideas for future get-togethers.

Should we hold more of these evenings, with no agenda other than a good natter? Should we give them a theme and invite people for debate and discussion? Perhaps a science-based pub quiz would be appealing, or maybe a workshop for science bloggers.

Any suggestions welcome in the comments.

People could give Pecha Kucha style lightening talks about what they’re working on?

Breaks the ice but keeps the evening flowing…
