The spiny dogfish population was not supposed to rebound before 2020. However, surprising population increases have already occurred. Dr. Sulikowski will lead a discussion on the causes and dramatic increases of this voracious predator, and the implications for the ecosystem and commercial fishing in the Gulf of Maine.
