Created by the Harvard Stem Cell Institute and the Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, this intensive summer seminar addresses the major issues in the science, ethics and policies of stem cell research. This weeklong course will facilitate a fuller appreciation of the ethical and policy issues at the cutting edge of stem cell science by simultaneously providing a sound grasp of the science of stem cell research. No prior knowledge of stem cell biology is necessary.
