Tufts University School of Medicine is pleased to welcome pioneering cardiovascular researcher Eli Keshet, Ph.D. as the presenter of the 2008 Jeffrey M. Isner, M.D. Endowed Memorial Lectureship. The recipient of numerous national and international awards including the EMET Prize, Professor Keshet has worked as a researcher for the American National Cancer Institute and the Institute Curie, France. His gound-breaking studies and insights into the function of the cardiovascular system have contributed to the recent development of cancer-fighting drugs and new treatments for visually-blinding disorders.
