The review of postgraduate provision in the UK will be headed by Professor Adrian Smith, and will consider the benefits of postgraduate study to the economy and the UK as a whole, as well as other wide-ranging issues including research competitiveness and the UK’s international position. It will also examine both the strengths and weaknesses of the current system, including the diverse way services are provided across the sector. The Review will be completed by the Spring 2010.
