Let’s kick off the Toronto group with a pub night. Suggestions for time and location?

Do you want to keep track of who’s coming on an outside-of-NN registration system like Eventbrite or something? That way, you can keep an email list for everyone and no one has to be logged in for additional info.
I use Eventbrite a lot, so let me know if you want me to set it up. It’s free for free events. It may be better to keep it open, but just thought I’d offer.

I’ve seen a few event using EventBrite, and it seems to be a great service. But I think that for this event we’d be better off keeping things as informal as possible – I find that even a small amount of difficulty in signing up can really cut down the number of people who come.

Thanks for coming, everyone! I think there were about 15 people, maybe more (I counted after some people left, but tried to include them in the count)
I saw some great networking going on. There will definitely be another pub night at some point in the future.
