Which speaker would you like to hear from on the Nature Network forum first?

Shortly we’ll be introducing speakers to this forum so that you can ask questions and find out a bit more about them. This will give you a better idea of what to expect on the day and some information to base your decision on what streams to attend.
The current list of speakers can be found in the programme section of The Source Event website.

This is a tough question, since there are so many interesting speakers in the programme. I would like to hear from Dr. Adam Staines (BBSRC) who will be speaking about writing successful grant applications. Having just visited Tanzania, I would also like to ask Zonya Jeffrey about her experiences as a volunteer laboratory technologist in Africa and as a scientist in a non-governmental organization.

I thought the grant writing talk may catch a few peoples eye. It’s definitely a topic we get asked about a lot so it’ll be great to hear about it from the horses mouth.
Any other comments from anyone? If not we’ll put Maria in direct contact with Adam to secure that funding!

Hey Lucia,
Thanks for the message this morning. Ian McKinley is great guy and will cover a lot of the basics on job hunting and applying. I bet he’s lost count of how many people he’s helped find a job over the years!
I also saw your message on wanting to listen to Liz Allen from Quintiles which would be perfect for you as she heads up the clinical unit which are based in your target destination of London!!!
