Hi Sarah,

The link for tickets was broken in the email that I received. Can you post a link to the ticketing office here?

Many thanks.

    • Hi Ian, sorry for the broken link – it seems OK on my machine.
Please book free tickets at our box office here. This link goes to the current month, so you have to remember the date of the event is 17th March and click through to the right month. Let me know if you have any problems with the booking system.
      See you there!

    • OK, that worked fine, thank you very much.

I think the problem I had before had to do with my email client.

      See you on the 17th!

      - Ian

    • Sorry if I’m being dense here, but is it the TalkScience.bl.uk event? I don’t see anything on there that refers to the title of the event…

    • Karen, sorry for the ambiguity. Yes, we are hosting an event as part of the quarterly TalkScience@BL series entitled ’What’s in a Name? – Taxonomy in Crisis’. The event is on 17th March at the British Library, St Pancras (London) 18:00-20.30 and Rod Page will introduce the issues, to be followed by a discussion amongst the audience. You can book a free ticket here

    • Like Karen I was stymied by the nomenclatural mismatch of the event and this forum (see – names are important!) when I first checked it out, and it now seems to be sold out. Is this really true? Should I go anyway to see if there are ticket touts/scalpers (that pesky problem of names again…)? Shall I check on eBay for tx and commemorative black T-shrts for the ‘Turn the Page Tour, 2009’?
