Hello,
first of all I want to let you know I do not work on splicing but have a question I thought you might be willing to answer. I know RNA splicing in eucaryotic cells involves lots of factors but I was wondering whether any molecule has been developed to interfere with this process in a general way.
I have been unable to find this info in the literature.
Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,
Ruth

Here is one approach, using a Morpholino oligo targeting a snRNP.
