Hi all,

I need a validated method for binding oligonucleotides to ELISA plates so I can study interaction of promoter sequences with a transcriptional repressor. We have a working EMSA so I have binding conditions etc., I just need something that is more quantitative, more sensitive, and more high throughput. I also have the recombinant protein, His-tagged.

I am grateful for any literature references to methods papers.
