        <![CDATA[<p>The new astroturf group, the Orwellianly named Partnership for Research Integrity in Science &#38; Medicine (PRISM), has been set up specifically to fight against something that quite a few people and groups have been lobbying for: a requirement that any research paper that reports federally funded research be made available to the public, for free.</p>

	<p>Invite all your other friends to join.  The main goal of this group is to discuss issues of scientific results as it relates to the legislation formulated by our representatives.  I will be posting all news related to this topic and will definitely give my opinion.  I urge you to do the same. Hopefully through this forum new ideas spring and methods to improve present policy will present themselves.</p>
