A friend just emailed me about the Mitowheel, “a graphical representation of the human mitochondrial genome”. The mitowheel is developed by Gábor Zsurka and Attila Csordás.

Attila has a post over at his blog describing the Mitowheel and how to use it. Updates to the Mitowheel are posted on the Mitowheel blog.
