Program Areas
Currently, the EEIU Nabuur Chapter has four strategic offices in Ukunda, Nairobi, and Kisii within Kenya, and the diplomatic office in Arusha (Tanzania). Through its Kisii office, the chapter evaluates claims of the paranormal (phenomena allegedly beyond the range of normal scientific explanations), such as psychic phenomena, ghosts, communication with the dead, and alleged extraterrestrial visitations. It also explores the fringes and borderlands of the sciences, attempting to separate promising research from irresponsible pseudosciences, such as “creation science” and astrology. The Kisii office is also responsible for the study of Radioecology.
Regional Cooperation:
Project Nabuur Chapter is a member to the EEIU East Africa Initiative of which it houses the head office. Together with the EEIU Morogoro, they have stipulated an agreement that overseas regional development towards the EEIU Concepts and more so, geared towards the development of better thesis to EEIU.
Mr. Boaz Adhengo is the Chairman for Project Nabuur Initiatives in Kenya and the Founding President of the Institute for African Ecology and Philosophy.
Our mission Statement shall be “commitment to conservation of biodiversity through scientific research on flora and fauna” with the aims of:
· protection and monitoring of endangered species
· resolution of human-wildlife conflicts
· the role of community in conservation
· the interaction of laboratory animal science with wild animal conservation and
· the investigation of zoonotic diseases of public health importance.
