NPG has just announced OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Metadata Harvesting Protocol) 2.0 support for all journal content dating back to 1869. The service can be queried by item, by title or by date range.

The OAI-PMH service for Nature Precedings has been up for almost a year and content from the site is included in a number of metadata indexing services including OAIster.
