I am nearly finishing my PhD. I am looking for post doc in a different field becasue my relation with my second boss is not good and i loose my interest in the current topic. What should i do now. I will have publcaitons but not very much expert of the topic becase of politics as some people donot want that i should be expert of these things becase they fear that i will go ahead of them and will make progress much faster then themself.
